Carlitos Café and Coffee House

My wife and I wanted to try something different so I searched for breakfast spots near me. A few came up that we've been to before. Great places but this place was a new spot we haven't tried. So we decided to go and it is one of those hidden gems for mexican food. Parking might be challenging if parking in the front due to other businesses but there is parking in the back. The inside is very open and inviting. It's a order at the counter type place and the staff will bring your food to you. We ordered a breakfast burrito which was delicious, and the potatoes were great. Light crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. This Coffee House/Restaurant is quite the gem. We were looking for a quiet place to have a coffee get work done in the morning and stay long enough for lunch before needing to head back to the valley. The atmosphere is calming and comfortable. Staff is so pleasant and have a true desire to make dining and working here a welcoming experience. We started coffees and a danish. It was wonderful to request light on the sweetness and have the coffee be just perfect. We ate the tamales for lunch and they were outstanding as well. We strongly recommend Carlitos Cafe and will come back again the next time we are in Prescott Valley.

The service here is incredible!! The food is outside. I love that their fruit cups are so fresh. They also have one of the best dirty chai coffees I've ever had. I highly recommend their chorizo and egg burritos. We loved the door so much we came back a second day.

Stopped in as we had a gift certificate. Very cute place! They serve breakfast and lunch & it's a coffee shop as well. Service was excellent. We ordered to go. The green chili tamale was delicious! We will be back!

My wife and I were in town for the weekend and wanted some good coffee and breakfast. So glad we stopped to try this place. This is our new favorite breakfast spot in Prescott. The coffee was delicious and the chilaquiles was incredible! And the staff was very friendly! Don’t hesitate. Just go here and enjoy.
