Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

First time utilizing this location and had a streamlined experience when ordering online. Pizza was ready for pickup precisely at the designated time all while receiving smiles and greetings from the staff. This chain always has fresh ingredients for good prices - plus because you bake it yourself, you decide your crust preference!

Terrible experience. Called in my order 40 minutes ago. I get there they have no record of me but just wander off like they are looking for it and don't come back and tell me that they didn't find my order. I stand there for another 5 minutes and ask a girl if they have my order and she said they couldn't find it but then doesn't even try to take my order. So then I have to ask if I can place my order and she tells me that they're really busy and makes no attempt to take my order. I asked if she would communicate with me to solve this clearly solvable problem and she doesn't respond. I just walked out.

Had to change my review from a 5 star to a 3. These guys were really good when they first opened but have started to kind of go downhill. Easy to get pizza and is ready to.go when going to pick it up, however they never have any of their sides ready. Go to pickup my pizza today and they didn't have any cheese bread ready, was told they were currently making it so figured we would stop in later before making the pizza to get some. Came in about 1 hour 1/2 later and still there was no cheese bread available, so either the workers lied and weren't actually making any or they somehow managed to sell them super quick which I don't think they sold it that quick. So now I know from now on if I want anything besides cookie dough or cinnamon wheel to try and order the cheese bread because they neve

Went in tonight at a little after 5pm to a completely packed store. Must have been 10-15 in line ahead of me. Two workers. Sounds like a complete disaster, right? Nope. These two were on top if it. They kept everything moving, and after a little while the manager showed up and hopped right in to help out. It took about 20 minutes to get my pizzas, but I have no complaints. I was very impressed with how well the manager handled everything, and the three of them cranked through the pile of orders while still remaining friendly, courteous, and professional. We don't eat here super often, just because there are plenty of other pizza places that do the cooking for you, and when I'm hungry, I don't want extra steps. But I've never been so impressed with a crew before, and we are definitely go

I ordered online a hour before pickup. When I got there there was a line and I waited and waited and people were getting served who came in after me. I asked what's up with the new math as there were now 3 people who came in after me who were served and nobody asked about serving me yet? the staff said they ordered online, I said "so did I at 2pm!!" They asked me what my name was? I told them and they said it was not ready yet... I had now been waiting in the shop for 35 minutes for an order I had ordered a hour and a half earlier. and was still waiting. I finally left with my pizza after a 40 min wait in the pizza shop and left a few min short of 4pm. The worst experience I ever had picking up a pizza! On the bright side the Pizza didn't disappoint.
