Arby's

Ok so I went into arbys with the familiar dread ones gets from a fast food place an hour before closing. I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.

I went to the drive thru and had a pleasant experience today. I do not know her name but she red hair. She greeted us with a smile and told us to have a pleasant evening. It is refreshing to have a cheerful person I am sure she makes quite a few people’s day!

I've eaten here over a hundred times over the past 7 years and will not go back! We ordered a large curley to share and it was nasty... All pieces were tiny and looked like the bottom of the grease pit... Not sure about my sandwich if it even had any meat on it... We took it to go and found out on the road... Sorry... Not the same store it was over the years. See picture of the curley fries we ended up throwing away

The steak bites are not recommended. First time I had them. Very disappointed.

I'm so tired of disgusting fast food restaurants post covid. Can we please set higher standards than what i saw here today!? Dirty everywhere, lazy staff and not good food handlers, and to top that off our meat was cold in both sandwiched.
