Papa Johns Pizza

If u want to wait 3 hours for cold pizza that looks like this! I do not recommend this store. They didnt even call to say the pizza would be 3 hours. They didnt even make the situation right. They said if u want a free pizza on your next order we could do that.

I ordered at 10:06 delivery. They close at 11. I waited 45 minutes only for them to cancel my order. No phone call or explanation. This is ridiculous. I could have got Domino's. Screw you papa johns. I'll be reaching out to corporate

While I was visiting to pick up my order. I couldn't help but notice a very old toddler screaming about a pizza mixup. The person called in the food to be delivered. And found it convient enough to come down pizzaless to complain about his pizza. My two cents. Manager was very polite and offered up a possible outcome as to why the "pizza" was wrong. Another employee noticed my grimace and immediately got my food. Food was good thank you and I am sorry some children never age.

Called at 630ish had to speak to the call center. The phone is nothing but static hard to hear. Took an hour to get my pizza and it was wrong. I called back and let ring for 15 minutes no answer. I called 4 More times before they finally answered. They said they would send it out as soon as a driver got back. I repeated pls do not put cheese on the pizza. The manager said he would make sure. He didn't put cheese like I asked on it. But they gave me stuffed crust. 2 times they tried and still couldn't get it right. For a 35 dollar order they sure don't care

Literally waited like the guy who took my order told me. The 1 hour and 30min before it would be ready to be picked up. I showed up to a completely dark and empty Papa John’s. Website said it closed at 11p, it was only 10p.
