Papa Johns Pizza

I have been thinking about yummy, hot and crispy chicken wings all day...Placed my order, checked the well done box(cuz crispy) and they were not the slightest bit well done let alone crispy. I threw them into my air fryer 😔 had to wait 7 more minutes and then they were almost as yummy as I hoped for the first time around. On a better note the papa bowl I got was definitely melted spicy goodness that I slapped on some toasted sourdough. 🤤 All in all 3.5

Delivery service was fast but I specifically had marked under HAND TO ME since this order was 58.03, ALMOST 60. Because I ordered on the PJ'S page, my doordash account did NOT recieve a notification as it wasn't linked together. I did NOT recieve a call or text that the food was delivered from either side. Online didn't update. The food was just left in the cold middle mail room that ISN'T heated, as the place I lived is a locked apartment and it's a middle room. Again, HAND it to me. I've ordered from PJ before and liked their service and how friendly the drivers were. I will not be ordering again since they now seem to be going through doordash. If I order it will be through pick up. Because this wasn't through DDash directly, I can't just leave the driver a review like I normally would.

Unfortunately every single time I order delivery from this location it’s another problem each time. Firstly they got my name wrong. Not a big deal right? Well that comes into play later. Secondly every single time I order, they are minimum 20 minutes late over arrival time every single time. It happens, I used to do delivery’s so I understand this. I ask about why this is happening they apologize and explain they are under staffed. Totally understandable. So I start ordering hours ahead of time and schedule orders that line up with my break time. Even still, the orders are 20-30 minutes late. Literally every single time. Updating my review to now say that I’ve had an issue at this location. We ordered using the app for a pickup order. We never tip on pickup orders. Our total came to $20.29 for a pizza and garlic knots after tax. But then when I went to check my card statement I saw that $24.35 was charged which is exactly 20% more than what my total was supposed to be. I spoke to the manager about it and she claimed nothing was going on and gave a partial refund and said that was that. I requested more information and wanted to know why I was charged more but she just brushed it off. Check your statements and receipts and make sure you don’t get over charged. Plus when I went to pickup the pizza, I sat in the drive through for almost 10 minutes before an employee even acknowledged I was there despite one

I ordered twice from this location after they opened. And, TWICE I was sick and had a cold feeling in my body after eating their pizza the next morning. TWO TIMES IS ENOUGH FOR ME, FOR THE SAME REACTION TO THEIR FOOD, is enough for me to not order ever agsin. Maybe its a food prep problem, or its a food safety issue. 2 timesgetting sick with 2 orders... NOT COOL PAPA JOHNS!!!!!
