Papa Johns Pizza

Everyone is so quick to review new places. Papa John’s is papa John’s. Everything is expected, they get busy just like all other pizza places. But the quality is what’s expected from chain pizza. Never any issues with service. I’ve worked retail for 20 years in different settings so maybe I just have different perspective.

Brand new!!!! All the great Papa John's you like in a location that's finely convenient for the people of Mahomet. Staff was friendly and the manager on duty wouldn't let me leave until she double checked the order herself. Quick in and out and I love it!

To whom was the chef this afternoon, Bravo! The pizza was amazing. Delivery is always awesome. Thank you!

Here's the deal, even though our food was ruined, I'm giving this Papa John's location 5 stars. I know that sounds crazy right!? However, through no fault of theirs, we ended up with a doordash delivery driver for our food. The driver showed up to the wrong house and rang the doorbell of our neighbors house. When I finally got on the phone with him and told him he was in the wrong spot, he came around the corner and he was carrying our pizzas vertically. Naturally, when we got them inside and opened them, our pizzas were pretty much balls of mush and all crumpled up. I called the store and I was put on the phone with the GM. She was absolutely wonderful, and even offered to remake our food and deliver it personally to our home. At this point it's kind of late so I didn't really want to h
