If you’re lucky enough to get Ava as your waitress, your entire day will be better.. no exaggeration! I’ve never met a server who works harder, cares more, or stays more patient no matter how busy this place gets. Ava is the kind of person who remembers every detail, checks on every table like it’s her own family, and somehow still keeps a smile on her face even when things are chaotic behind the scenes. You can tell she genuinely loves giving people a good experience. She’s fast, kind, attentive, and unbelievably professional. Honestly, Ava is the reason this restaurant shines! she’s the heart of the place. They are incredibly lucky to have someone like her. I’ve been to many restaurants ranging from Michelin star to small towns and honestly, the service is always what makes a restaurant

Driving north from Evansville IN and looked online for a place to get breakfast. This little family restaurant was the perfect stop. Coffee was hot and not acidic with plenty of refills. The cinnamon french toast and eggs combo was excellent, all good cooked to perfection. My husband enjoyed his skillet with mushrooms and cheese and a no extra charge English Muffin. Nice clean restroom and friendly, attentive service.

Great service and nice family restaurant atmosphere, broad menu, and full dessert case. Our food was just okay, but we'd definitely try again. My mom was pleased with her meal, and they were thoughtful and accommodating with her wheelchair.

We always get great service. Food is always so good. We keep coming back weekly. Actually several times a week.

Standard Midwest diner fare. Good prices, fast service, good food. Had breakfast and FYI chopped steak is a square hamburger patty; learned something new. Son liked his hobo skillet. Will go again when in the area.
