McDonald's

Went to the Mahomet McDonald’s to pick up food to bring in to meet with kiddo who is in kindergarten, for her birthday lunch at school. Luckily, her happy meal was ok but my husband’s quarter pounder with cheese was raw. Not just pink, but raw. Never had this issue before but also don’t frequent McDonald’s very often.

i swear, every time i order from here my burger is raw. pic provided below! the staff is super friendly but they just cannot manage to put out quality food it seems:(

Our food was incorrect. We ordered online and went back to correct our food and the Manger argued with us. Also there is no phone number to call and complain @ Mahomet IL location.

McDonald’s is one of those places that almost everyone has a story about—good or bad. You know what you’re getting: quick food, familiar taste, and the golden arches that promise consistency from Indianapolis to Istanbul. That’s the real magic—predictability. The fries hit the same salty-sweet note every time, the burgers taste like your childhood, and the Coke somehow feels extra carbonated, like it’s straight from the factory of refreshment. That said, it’s not exactly health food, and no one’s pretending it is. The burgers are more nostalgia than nutrition, and the breakfast menu—while solid—can feel a little heavy after a couple of mornings. Service depends on the crew working that shift; you might get a cheerful “Welcome to McDonald’s!” or someone who’d rather be anywhere else. Still

I'd like to share my thoughts on the excellent customer service and fresh food provided by this McDonald's location. I had never been here before, but the employees did an absolutely wonderful job. They were very patient with us and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. I especially want to give a shout out to one employee who really stood out - he was exceptional in his service. The manager was also great and provided excellent customer service as well. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal with top-notch customer service.
