I went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon. I ordered the 2 pc fish dinner. Pulled up and waited 5 minutes for my order. The frozen cocoa concrete was spectacular as well. Food was perfect. Service was great and quick.

I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened. On my very first visit, a kids’ meal was missing from my order. Considering how busy they were due to the opening, I wasn’t upset. I called, spoke with a woman who took my name, and was told I could come back to get it replaced. When I returned, the male manager said he had no idea what I was talking about and made me feel as though I was being dishonest or trying to get free food — over a $7 kids’ meal. He eventually replaced it, but the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Since opening, the fries at this location have consistently tasted stale and off — like old or improperly stored frozen potatoes. Mahomet is definitely one of the newer Culvers, and is doing a great job. I lived in Wisconsin for 29 years, so I definitely know the Culvers way. I want to give a huge compliment to your employee Mia. As, soon as we walked in Mia had a sweet smile and kind personality. She brought our food to us, visited with us, took our tray and threw away our garbage and brought us our custard. She really us a jewel of an employee, and she made our dining experience delightful. This happened the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I truly value great customer service and yummy food. Thanks for the great experience Mahomet Culvers!
