Papa Johns Pizza

Huge Language Barrier!! When I walked in, I asked what the smallest pizza is that I can get in stuffed crust. The Indian guy seemed confused, but said 10 inch. I said perfect and paid for it. While I was waiting, he left and got into a random car outside while a different Indian woman took over. She pulled the pizza out and it was a normal pizza with no stuffed crust. I told her the problem and what I ordered and she said there was no way to change it. The menu tv was also off so I couldn’t have seen the truth anyways. Horrible experience!

I paid $43 on DoorDash for the WORST pizza EVER!!! This is the worst pizza I have ever experienced in my entire life! I'm not even exaggerating unfortunately. I ordered on DoorDash and luckily I got a refund but this pizza was absolutely unacceptable, it's not even the correct pizza I ordered, so that's mainly why I got my refund and also my peppers i paid for were not in my order either, It did not even arrive in the slightest bit warm, and the texture was so horrible and hard, it was the thinnest pizza ever, and I didn't even order that and If you're wondering if the flavor was horrible too, then you would be correct, absolutely horrendous! I will never ever order from this place ever again! To be nice to the restaurant, I took a picture of the nicest looking slice out of the entire box.

I’m sorry Papa John’s, this is getting bad. This pizza is mostly crust with half the cheese and toppings. Crushed red pepper and Parmesan (staples of any pizza place) is extra??? It has been some time since I ordered pizza, but when I did, I used to go out of my way to order Papa John’s - that will be no longer the case.

I rarely give less few stars but the pizza I received from papa John’s was worst. I wish I could have give negative stars for their pizza. The pizza base was not even cooked properly. It felt like I was eating half backed dough. The cheese did not even melted properly. The vegetables felt like they were taken out of refrigerator. As soon as you pick the slice, all the ingredients felt down from slice. I have enjoyed papa John’s pizza in past but this experience has left me completely disappointed and dissatisfied. It has left such bad taste and experience that I will never visit them again. I would suggest to visit other places for much better food and experience with your money.

Customer service is horrible. We walked in and an employee was sitting on the counter (later found out she was a "manager.") The "manager" literally dropped the pizza I was picking up in front of me. She looked at me, tried to put it all back in the box, and then said, "I guess I'll remake it" and just giggled. Left the rest of my order sitting out on the counter getting cold and we had to wait another 15 minutes for our re-made pizza. No apology, no attempt to make it right. We asked for the manager and she giggled and said that she was the manager. When we got our pizzas then she said "the other guy here is also a manager." Talked to him about our concerns and just didn't seem to care. Haven't even eaten the pizza yet but I don't even want it. We will not be returning and recommend you d
