I've had the wings with sauce fried fresh every time, tips are a generous amount, and the Hot Links dinner with both fries and baked beans. John offer's great customer service it's like talking with a life long friend every visit.

I ordered a lunch special, Beef brisket sandwich with fries. The portion is generous, but the BBQ sauce is very vinegary (North Carolina style BBQ sauce). The atmosphere is okay, not exactly family friendly or even for a group. The quality of beef brisket is the lowest I have come across in any BBQ joint. I would not go back there again.

Food truck The chicken is absolutely delicious its perfectly made. perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, was also well seasoned and paired excellent with the barbecue sauce 👍I especially love that they weren't oily. The fries 🍟 😋 were classic cut fries 🔥 they were delicious as well. The texture on the outside was crispy and soft on the inside, each frie was basically the same i didn't have any hard fries and I say this because of my braces they can be hard to eat. Theses fries were well made. In terms of service 5 stars super friendly and attentive to your order. I stopped at John's Rib House for lunch. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries to go. My order was packed perfectly. The pulled pork was placed on the bottom with foil covering it and the toasted bun was placed on top with my sauce on the side. The pork was smoked to perfection. I will definitely be back.

John's is a hidden gem on Maple Ave. John himself was behind the counter and back in the kitchen cooking everything up. The ribs literally fell off the bone and they were delicious. The meat was sauced but it wasn't overpowering or bathed in it that you couldn't taste the smoke. The location was definitely no frills dining but that lets the food do the talking and it does just that. I highly recommend.
