Papa Johns Pizza

I’m a frequent customer at this location. But lately the service I’ve been receiving is subpar. Not only did it take over an hour and a half to deliver but the pizza was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The good was actually disgusting. Highly disappointed

I had a good experience here. Pizza was good. Decided to come here over Waldorf as that one is even worse than it use to be. Anyway, at this location the employees were wearing masks and working hard.

Good deals, good pizza, never had issues with service or order. There's a bunch of different pizza places in the area, and this is our normal go-to.

Ordered from this restaurant today, driver gets all the way to my house and sits in blue car in front of my house. NEVER knocks on my door. I know this because I was sitting downstairs within ear shot of the front door. Drives off and they cancel my order. When I call them, whoever answered the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE says that they tried to call me (my fault because I hadn’t changed my phone number yet) and that the driver “knocked on my door” he or she did NOT. I went out onto my porch and the driver saw me but DID NOT get out of their vehicle to deliver to me. They tell me to order again and wait another hour to have it remade and delivered to me again. I don’t care WHO was managing this store you need to get your story straight because I was outside when your driver took off with my

Really good service and great food. The manager at the store is very pleasant and positive!
