Papa Johns Pizza

I started eating the pizza with my kids and felt something tingling the back of my throat and saw multiple hairs cooked into my pizza. One which looked like a pubic hair. After vomiting multiple times in the toilet, I went to return the pizza. I was just given a refund. Not even a sincere apology or empathy for what had to either be on purpose or someone dropped the pizza on the floor. I've worked years in restaurants, which makes this appear as either on purpose or gross negligence. This could explain why no one was wearing hats or hair nets when making pizza.

Had Papa John's last night for the first time in 5 years. Papa John's is now officially on my list of places that I will NOT ever eat at again. The dough was undercooked and soggy. The cheese had barely reached melting point before being pulled from the heat. Overall soggy nasty glop of BS they call a pizza. Not to mention, I ordered an XL new york style pizza, the only thing that resembled a new york pizza was the amount of grease on top. It was not thin and foldable like New York at all. It was literally a hand tossed pepperoni with grease.

I asked them to run my wings in the oven twice. I get there and I clearly tell they haven’t been run twice. My ticket didn’t even say it so how did the boy know to run them twice? Then the girl turns around and ask the boy did he run them twice he say yes with a confused look on his face. The same look she gave me when I asked her if they were. My wings are normally way darker. They almost look burnt. Story tell but employees. Won’t be back to this location

Pizza is normally good but after reading reviews about lack of clenliness I won’t order again. My main complaint was my “wings” these aren’t wings, this is a chicken nugget with sauce drizzled where is the sauce??!?! .. disappointed

My lady and i walked in to place a order but we had a question and before we even got to asked our questions we got this boy rolling he's eyes like a little kid at us because we had a question. Food always on point but no need to have people like that at the front dealing with customers
