Papa Gino's

It's just not what it use to be, the pizza was soggy, I'm sorta used of the north end Boston pizza, maybe it's just me being brought up strict Italian. The service was good and very polite, clean inside, so who knows, to each their own! I guess it's what you're used to.

What the hell happened? Used to be a great atmopshire in the store. 30 minute wait and the food wasnt even put on the grill? For $50 thats incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and just horrible. The walls were painted over and look like crap too. Demanded a refund, absolutely not going back.

This is the 2nd time the Gardner, MA Dangelos has said they delivered my food and they never showed up. Now me and my coworkers dont have our dinner tonight because the drivers lied and the store closed at 10pm so we cant even call them. Whoever the driver was that was doing deliveries on 1/27/26 from the Gardner location after 9pm lied and said he delivered the food but was tracking on the app in a different town at the time, he delivered to the Colonial just before saying he delivered to us. Thiefs working at this location, dont order delivery from here. 2nd time with this bs.

Fries were crispy and well cooked, tenders from the papa's tender basket were well seasoned and tender. The photo is my brothers meal (we ordered the same thing) because I ate mine too fast, not thinking of the review and just happy to have my meal be that good. Too bad I live far away. :( definitely recommend though. Took about a half hour for them to make the food and it came hot, likely made to order.

Busy for Thursday night but also had a code to donate to a local cub scout park. Tried the Mac and cheese pizza and kiddos had a sausage and bacon pizza. Both came out super hot and fresh and everyone enjoyed
