Papa Chevo's Taco Shop

I ordered 3 street tacos al pastor and one breakfast burrito de chorizo. I waited 40 mins for my order! Lady was semi friendly. Cars in drive thru kept going by receiving their food before me. I finally then got my food. Now to the food. The three tacos didn’t even have the tortillas grilled together. Each taco how it supposed to have two tortillas. The tortillas were separate and bland in taste. The pastor was not crispy to my own taste. As I was grabbing my tacos the bottom tortilla wasn’t even grilled together with the other tortilla. My burrito now I ordered chorizo. There was no chorizo. Puro egg and potato. Huevo y papa. Chorizo I ordered wasn’t there. And it felt like it was more tortilla than anything. Basically just overloaded tortilla and egg and pieces of potato. Only good thing

Love this drive thru! First time here and I have to say the food is very good! I like that they stay open late and so convenient! The food was a bit more on the room temperature side by the time I received it not sure why. Other then that the flavor was great!

I’ve been here several many times but to be honest, that’s only because my job is close by and I could easily walk over. Just about everything I’ve ever gotten there was not above average and I would never repeat a previous order, except the Asada fries. The asada fries are really good. Two reasons I don’t there much anymore is 1. I only like the asada fries, everything else has an unremarkable flavor. 2. We take our very short lunch at 11:30. Even if I call in my order by 10:45 or 11:00, I will still always have to stand at the window for at least ten minutes waiting for them to make it …and there’s rarely more than 1 other car or customer at that time.

Stopped by this Papa Chevo's after a long day at The Cut Barbershop and it was exactly what I needed. Great atmosphere, flavorful food, and solid service. Nice place to unwind and reset. I’ll definitely be back.

Our favorite burritos in the world, we moved away years ago and make sure that we come by at least once every time we visit. :') Can't beat the simplicity of the drive through/walk up experience either! And both salsas are so delicious and distinct. I miss making stops here a regular part of my life.
