Panera Bread

Paid $11 for Mac and cheese. Receipt had a tick mark on it as if they checked to make sure the item was in the bag. The item was in fact, not in the bag. Soup and sandwich sucked. Paid $20 and I’m still hungry. The app to submit an issue with an order is so bad it’s infuriating. Stop going here, the panera bread we once knew is gone, this place absolutely sucks all around.

I ordered the pick 2, beef cheesesteak & their new salad with crunchy beet strips. Chicken, feta, walnut, & pumpkin seeds. The cheesesteak overall was very dry, but the meat was tender. The salad had good flavor, the lettuce was not crisp & i didn't see much for pumpkin seads. 1/2 way through eating the salad my body rejected it. The cheesesteak was not rejected just dry.

I love the service and all the friends I have met here! Food is good too!

Okay, you have to make your own iced coffee LOL. You pay for a specialty coffee but you need to assemble it. The cups are on one side of the restaurant and the coffee is on the other. Then you have to go collect your food at the counter. If you don't have a lot of time for lunch, you might want to go somewhere, but it's more convenient to be served all in one go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT eat at this store. The manager Nou is disrespectful to new employees and overall just seems like he has no clue how to run a store properly. From mold all over the milk coolers too the lack of actual manager help. Not very clean at all. You will get sick if you eat here. Employees don’t change gloves properly or wash their hands regularly as well. Overall this Panera sucks and if they were to get audited TODAY they would definitely be losing tons of points.
