Ive tried some of their sandwiches before and the cheddar broccoli soup which was pretty good. Came back here for dinner and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which i remember being delicious and good... it was terrible. Honestly so disappointing. They changed the bread to be sourdough and it tasted like cardboard!!! The whole sandwich used to be a decent size and it looked smaller... the quality has decreased and it's so upsetting to have spent money on something that tasted so gross!!

As far as being a Panera Bread, this is a very good location where I’ve been numerous times exactly what one should expect from this establishment situated in Teterboro Landing. They have a drive-thru, which is convenient when one doesn’t want to get out the car or find parking. I came here after an errand at a busy Costco on Saturday afternoon for a quick bite. Upon arrival, instead of placing the order through the kiosk, I opted to order with the staff and decided on that you pick 2 consisting of their new Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich and Caesar salad. It came with a complimentary apple. We use to come for sandwiches here. Today I ordered my regular hot sandwich. My sandwich was half without sauce and the other with a different sauce of what I ordered. The ticket was corrected from what I ordered but the preparation crew didn't make right. We'll, maybe it's time to look for different options.

Ordered a simple soup from online pickup. Arrived a few mins early. Waited and waited didnt see a bag in the rapid shelves. Went up to the dine in food counter and my bag was sitting there the entire time. Please place online orders in the RAPID PICK UP shelves!!. I understand you are eager to get ready for closing but you were still open for another 15 minutes with customers inside. This is like the time I ordered a sandwich from here and the sandwich had two stale loaf ends...come on now do better!
