BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We are regular customers at BJ’s in Teterboro, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. We were a group of four and approached the host stand. The host (Bianca) did not make eye contact and told us “don’t sit at any place” while looking down. When we said “excuse me, we need a table for four,” she responded with visible irritation, told us to wait, and walked away. A second host (Brianna) eventually seated us. When I asked if something was wrong, she said the other host was “a little busy.” Being busy doesn’t justify being dismissive or disrespectful to customers. Service issues continued at the table. Was pretty busy the day Iwent with my group, thankfully we found a reservation slot for 1.5 hours later, which was really good considering it was Valentine’s Day. Food came out pretty fast considering how packed it was. The atmosphere was casual. The drinks were ok, nothing special but not bad, I would say the prices are better than some other places I’ve been to. They have so many craft beers/ciders that it’s almost overwhelming which one to choose, the ones we ended up trying were good tho. The food was good, the steak from the combo was a bit overglazed, the ribs were not as tender but still tasty. I would still recommend for a casual sporty place to visit, prices are fair overall, some can be a bit on the pricey side.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. We were greeted with a warm smile by the hostess, who kindly escorted us to our table. Soon after, we met our server Eric, who was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the meal. We ordered several plates (some of which we’ve shared in the photos), and everything was delicious: juicy burgers, tender roast beef, flavorful dips, and more. The variety of beers here is incredible—truly a paradise for beer lovers. Since I don’t drink alcohol, I went with a Heineken Zero, which was a nice alternative. Great service, excellent food, and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend BJ’s if you’re looking for a fun place to enjoy great bites and a wide beer selection.

Awesome Restaurant. We were traveling and stopped for dinner we were all happy with our food. An added treat was the dessert. Must try!

Got food to go, wings were big and delicious, fries were delicious and crunchy. Burger was completely burnt and Inedible. They asked me how I wanted it cooked, I said medium rare. It is charcoaled… but hey I guess I’ll just eat the fries for dinner.
