On the plus side, the order was prepared so quickly that this Uber Eats order arrived before another one I placed with another nearby restaurant. My go-to order of falafels over rice seemed freshly fried, and there's nothing I love better than that bright verdant green color of a flavorful falafel. Platters ordered via delivery seem to come with a standard hot sauce packet and a generously sized packet of white sauce (extra sauces can be ordered for a nominal upcharge, but I didn't find I needed it). I come here regularly and usually enjoy the food. However, today the rice portion was noticeably smaller. When I asked about it, the response felt dismissive. The sauce was first given too little, then poured excessively all at once. Consistency and attitude matter.

A must-eat every time I’m in the US! I know it’s a calorie bomb, but I slather that white sauce on like I’m applying a face mask—no gaps allowed. Eating this right on the streets of NY next to MoMA is such a vibe.

I always get a craving for some chicken and rice time to time. Not the same as going to the city to grab it by MOMA but this place is comparable and I have been coming here for over the years. I always get the combo bowl which is great. You need to figure out your own balance of white sauce and red sauce (these are spicy). Surprisingly, their wings are really good as well! If you are in the area, do stop by.
