Take 2, onion soup and Mediterranean half sandwich. Both delicious!! And a free dessert on the app. First time user, it was easy, pick up a little slow, but employees were amazing.

Had a Togo order. Waited in line at drive thru for about 10 minutes while my order has been ready for the past 10 minutes. So I back all the way out and go inside. Had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my food that has been ready for about 20 minutes now. I didn’t go back to my house because this was lunch. So I start eating my food just to notice we have no utensils, now this is usually not a problem but being that it’s a soup restaurant basically. It’s customary to put utensils being the type of food they serve. Ordered sweet tea just to get flavored water. This is the second time I’ve dealt with this so that’s why the review

Got the Asiago sandwich this was flatter than a pancake and greasier than double meat pizza eggs were literal rubber. I usually like this place but I don’t know what happened here.

I placed an online order. Got a notification. It was ready and went to pick it up in the drive through, there was only one car in front of me. The car in front had to wait 20 minutes and I had to wait an additional 5 despite already placing an order. This is the second time I’ve had to wait a long time despite ordering ahead, and the minimal cars in front of me.

Here’s how you lose a customer permanently. I go through the drive-thru, there’s no line, so I order as soon as I get up to the speaker. I then wait at the window for upwards of 15 minutes after they take my card, no communication from anyone inside, and the main girl at the window seems to be standing around doing nothing while everyone else inside scrambles around. I get my order, and the staff were polite, but no apologies for the wait/acknowledgment of it. Then I get home. They completely left a sandwich out of my order. You might say, hey, you should’ve gotten a refund. But I already drove off, and didn’t figure this out until I got home, because I’m not trying to eat in the car. So yeah, super long wait, staff are somewhat avoidant and they literally robbed me. A couple bucks for a
