Panera Bread

While at the Roxbury Mall, we stopped at this Panera for soup. I ordered the Autumn Squash while my wife ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup. What a delightful time and meal we experienced. Both soups were hot and creamy. Plus the bread was freshly baked. But the "topping on the cake" was a Cherry pastry we got free for signing-up on the Penera app. Can't complete my post without thanking Amiyah, the friendly cashier who helped us in every step. We shall return very soon... 💖🙏💖

this location produces horrible food every single time i go. the soup is horrible one big piece of broc , tastes bad, bread is hard as a rock i am always disappointed in this specific location

Went to get soup and ordered chicken and rice. Turns out it was a cream soup so they replaced a French onion. The girl scooped it into a bowl and didn’t put any cheese or bread or anything else. It was just broth with onions. I asked about adding cheese and the manager happened to come out and she made a bowl for me with cheese in a matter of 20 seconds but this time the cheese was Not the normal cheesy put on French onion soup, and it was not edible. I went back and tried the chicken noodle soup and I have to say that was disgusting too. Also, while we were waiting for our food for about 15 minutes, no one called our name and when I went up, soup was just sitting there ice cold. Me and the person I was with couldn’t eat any of our food so we paid 15 bucks to have a couple bites of the b

Stopped in today and purchased a cobb salad with NO chicken and added avocado. I'm a vegetarian and was given a cobb salad with chicken and no avocado. Really DO better!!! I didn't check it until I got home.

Sadly the day we went they were short staffed. It took 45 mins to get our food and it really wasn't worth the price. Hardly no meat on the sandwich, no shipping sauce. The salad had very little chicken in it. Way to much for little food
