Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings

I was excited to try this spot, especially with their reputation for cheesesteaks. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. The portions were extremely small, with only 3 tiny bacon pieces and a sparse amount of meat and lettuce. I called to express my disappointment, but was met with a hung-up phone call. As the #1 cheesesteak spot, I expected better quality and customer service to match their slogan.

I like the spot. Convenient location, lots of parking, good sandwiches and chicken, and the prices don’t bang you over the head like other food spots in this area.

I was a bit impressed. I wasn't expecting an over-the-top lunch but this place was surprisingly good. I like that they have different size cheesesteaks. I got a medium for $12. It filled me up without fries. They also sell wings. No burgers. Pretty much just cheesesteaks and wings. The service was super fast and the cheesesteak was super tasty - very nicely done. I would definitely go back. Hopefully, they will be as good on future visits.

Recently went here for the first time and enjoyed the food. Cheesesteak, boneless wings, fries, lemonade and milkshake all yummy. The lemon pepper rub was delicious. Service was fast and friendly and plenty of room to eat inside.

This is the best Charlie’s location I have ever been to. From the very beginning of the process, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The manger at the counter asked all the right questions and made us feel right at home. Almost like a mom and pop shop. The food was fresh and brought to our table which was a very nice touch. A simple gesture like that makes the experience feel much more elevated. I ordered the classic Philly #2 on the menu with the ultimate fries. Will 10 out of 10 recommend this franchise location.
