I had the most seamless experience at Roxbury Library’s passport services thanks to Ellie! She was incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. From answering all my questions to guiding me step by step, Ellie made everything beyond smooth. I can’t recommend this place enough if you need passport services

First time at this library. Signed up for a library card and printed some copies. The 2 ladies that took care of me were friendly and very helpful. Only downside, you have to pay for copies. Not all libraries do this, otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

Hands down the BEST library. I really appreciate the services they provide. My parents join their ESL classes and my children enjoy their kids programs. I enjoy the space for study. Would be even better if the quiet room can be kept quiet.

Awesome library! Looks small from outside but thta very much untrue. My son is 3yo and the children's room is amazing! Great toys, computers, and books obviously but then add the events they do and this place is a parent's dream. Storytime for all ages, playdoh club every other week and hold many events! Last month was a kids art festival which was phenomenal! Parking in front and back plus for the events we were able to park at the church next door and walked over. And for a toddler just add the trillions of stones by the back d0or and gravel in the front to make this place one of my sons favorite places.

People were extremely friendly courteous and attentive. We went there for our passports and they were lots of fun while being very professional.
