Panera Bread

Great food at a good price. Friendly staff. They had the fireplace going very nice to sit next to after being out in the cool morning.

I ordered from a kiosk and sat at a nearby table to wait for my order. It was comforting to immediately see my name on the screen where I could follow the status. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be done. I glanced inside my bag and confirmed that it was correct, and even included the requested utensils. I ordered the caprese strawberry salad, a new limited time thing... and they need to make it permanent. It was excellent. Lots of cheese and chicken and strawberries, and the flavors went together beautifully.

Flavor of the food was ok. Could have been better had I ate more than just bread... My issue is with the construction of the sandwich. It looks NOTHING like the picture. It was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. A sales rep came to our office with food. So I sat quietly and ate it. But sent sad photos to my family to show them this miserable sandwich. Like 5 pieces of chicken. Just dry and sad. Someone hates their job..

High praise to Paul for going above and beyond with resolving an order and with a positive attitude. Two issues were system related (not honoring a promotion) second issue was coffee was water down

I enjoy coming here from time to time. There are things that they can improve on. They have build your own menu.
