Panera Bread

Stopped at this Panera Bread today and had an excellent lunch. I was having problems using their app to order but the manager assisted me navigating their app. I got the Value Duet and had a coupon for a cup of soup for a $1. What a great deal. I got the Turkey & Cheddar sandwich with a cup of cream of chicken and wild rice soup and for extra cup of soup for $1, I picked there broccoli cheddar soup. Each soup came with their delicious baguette bread. Needless to say I’m taking home 2 piece of bread and a cup of soup to enjoy for dinner. Ryan thanks for help navigating your app. Also I used the ladies room and it was super clean!

Nice Panera, super welcoming staff, and everything tasted great as always.

Megan took my friend and I’s order with patience, care, and intent. She made great conversation and made sure my friend and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to come by amazing customer service and I cannot recommend Megan any higher!! Terrific hire!!

I stopped going to the ones in Parma because the salads were mostly inedible lettuce cores. This one in Rocky River has an alternative lettuce blend that was really good, and the broccoli cheddar soup was also good

Rhani is a great server. Not only did she get our order correctly, but I had to go back to her several times to get things that we needed – – a cup for water, to-go container, and a fresh cup of coffee. She’s very friendly and accommodating.
