Panera Bread

Wasn’t terrible but no where near as good as it used to be. Got the avocado toast, chocolate croissant, coffee, and a regular drink. The avocado toast wasn’t very presentable and it was pretty small especially for the price but it did taste good. The chocolate croissant looked AMAZING and tasted good but definitely needs to be warmed up to taste like it should. Staff wasn’t super great, forgot our coffee and we had to ask for the drink cups we paid for.

For the last three times I have been to Panera in Rapid City. The service has been terrible. My husband and I went to the drive-through. We are halfway home and we opened the bag and realized that we had someone else’s order. I called spoke with the manager she said that was the fourth time that day that had happened. She would email me some coupons which she never did the second time my husband and and I were there for lunch and I ordered a bowl of soup and it was cold. I took it up to the window and I said this is cold. Could you warm it up and he replies there’s a microwave under the coffee Machines. The last time I was there three days ago I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I got my bagel and coffee went out to the car opened it up and there was no cream cheese. I went back inside

Here’s what you get for a $12 salad. The portion size seems to depend on who’s working that day, and no one checks the orders. Very inconsistent and disappointing.

Panera used to be a good, healthy, albeit pricy restaurant and take-out option. Now it is laughably bad. I paid $25 total for a "meh" sandwich and average-sized salad- a very similar meal cost me $17 or $18 when they first opened. The dining area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. The checkout guy didn't say a word to me or give eye contact, but definitely managed to stare at me from the neck down with my literal husband standing right next to me. I guess jeans and a sweatshirt are really intriguing to some men, huh? Do better, Panera.

Absolutely love this place ! The Broccoli cheddar soup was just delicious, I don’t even get me started about the mac & cheese. It’s a must have.😋! I have the turkey and cheddar sandwich on asiago cheese bagel toasted , Wow what a treat ! Definitely be back for-more
