Panera Bread

The woman at the register was nice and helpful. This location has plenty of seating. After lunch time, there were people in here on their laptops working in the booths. It seems like it would be a comfortable spot for that. I remember the bread being better here when I was younger but it’s fine. This location does not have a drive through because it’s located inside the mall.

Panera is one of my go-to spots, and this was my first time visiting this location. I stopped in on my way back to NYC and was able to order quickly and get my food fast, which was perfect for being on the road. My sandwich and salad were fresh and delicious, just like I expect from Panera. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even got a discount for being signed up on their app, which was a nice bonus.

Great job kitchen & possible manager stream lining orders and handling hard people. Made me upset to see you guys have to deal with that but everything was handled pretty professionally. I got great service and great attitude. God Bless!

It has always been a good experience at Panera Bread. Keep it up - you may be a store manager, or a part-time employee. Keep it up and do a good job - you will be rewarded - just a matter of time when it is getting better. There are plenty of seating in this store. Great location at Providence Place mall to grab some healthy food in a relaxing place.

Restaurant and backery. Lots of backed sweet and savory. Tasty innovative sandwiches. Tasty soups. Very delicious food in general. Lots of drinks. High quality ingredients. Fast service. Very polite helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
