Panera Bread

Very happy with my visit to this location. The GM is incredibly nice and helpful, as are the employees. So kind. My green goddess avocado toast was delicious 😋. My latte was perfect, I had the Madagascar vanilla latte but with only 1 pump of the syrup vs the 3 pumps it originally comes with. If you like your coffee less sweet, 1 or 2 pumps is going to work well for you. Location is dog friendly outside and they invited me and my dog inside to grab my food and drink. Very cool. 😎 🐶

Very impressed. I've never been to Panera until last week. I love the fact that its quick food but not fast food. I like eating off a plate and not paper wrapping. Lol Its a little more on average above fast food places but its a way more healthy option. My new favorite is the Autumn Squash soup. 🍲

The service was friendly. The soup was delicious. The mac and cheese was served dried out and room temperature. We also ordered a Fuji Apple Salad. The chicken was not good. So I ate around it. Panera has definitely been better.

Walked in and there were no customers waiting. I walked up to the counter with signage to "order here" No one approached or offered assistance. I made eye contact with an employee who threw a cup in the trash and walked away. Another customer walked in and walked to a different section of the counter and was immediately greeted and assisted by the same employee. I'm a Black woman, they both were White. I left. I refuse to patronize where I'm not welcomed.

Went around 4pm on a rainy Saturday. They were not busy at all. The wait time for my food was very minimal and everything arrived exactly how I ordered it. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but it was good and what I was looking for. Ample seating and space inside and out as there is a patio section. If you're looking for a break from Mcdonalds, this Panera is right next door.
