Panera Bread

Hair was found in my sandwich and I asked for a sandwich without onions and they gave it to me with lots of onions, almost like they were trying to put extra. But the music was kinda a vibe, whoever’s on aux good job but other than that not a good experience. 😔😔

Great experience every time I visit. Location does get very busy at times so if you’re in a rush, order ahead. Staff is always friendly and every time I dine in they are always trying their best to keep the dine area clean.

I haven’t been to this Panera in 2+ years because of a reoccurring issue with hair in my food. Drove by and decided to try again since it’s been a long time. Ordered two Caesar salads and of course, there is a hair in the salad. I drive back to Panera, and go inside where I see multiple employees with hair down to their waists and no hairnets while handling food. I ask for a refund, and assistant manager Elizabeth was not at all apologetic, said hair nets are not required for people handling food, and was incredibly nasty when all I asked for was a refund. Never go to this Panera, I have gotten hair in my food for 3 years straight now. Panera has gone so downhill.

truthfully its the best Panera I've been to and I've been coming here a while. coffee is always hot! not warm , there are Paneras that the coffee is cold lol. Employee and managers are so friendly it's a great calm energy environment. I've never felt out of place.

Food was great. Music a little loud for my liking and dingus with the broom started tickling my friends toes with the bristles of the broom while we were trying to study. Was there around 6 PM. Not sure why he decided he needed to sweep right then and there mind you the place was empty. Tell dingus to read the room. Not coming back if dingus is there 🤦
