Panera Bread

I was immediately impressed by the restaurant having a drive-thru and then blown away by the service, speed, and quality of the food. Great job! It would be great if more can adopt this method.

I haven’t eaten at this cafe, but my app was hacked and two orders were fraudulently placed on my account/credit card. Tried to contact Panera corporate and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help or even submit a claim. Called the store and Liam took care of it immediately 10/10.

11.18.2025 update! Staff is still awesome. Not sure about the management though, I used to enjoy the holiday flair and even the minimal decorations they had... but they have nothing and feels sterile. (Read boring, and drops my energy level) coffee is still fine, food options def got better since 4 years ago. Still my fave little shop to drop into. 5.05.2021 update! The coffee dispensers are back!!!! This location is super close to where I live so love dropping by this location. The general Manger is on point and some of the draft like Carlos make this place THE location to drop by. When they're in position operations is smooth sailing and the line if any, moves very quickly. We have visited multiple Panera outlet and this one turned out to be worst experience. Both pizza and pasta were served cold. Both pizza was missing some toppings and stale. While these wasn’t enough, outlet didn’t had pepper, ketchup in stock.

Kenny, I believe that was her name, was amazing. There was an issue with my order and she went above and beyond to correct it and I truly appreciate her. This is the type of customer service that is needed.
