Panera Bread

It would be helpful if staff closed the soup lids before placing in take out bag so my car didn't wear all the soup:/

First time trying Panera I tried the chicken bacon rancher and the chili. The Rancher was good and all ingredients were fresh. The chicken was kinda bland it needed more seasoning to make it standout. The chili was good in taste but lacked many things it lacked spice and it lacked filling. Small portions. The staff could have been more polite and informative when I first ordered. The panera chips are awful do not eat them they cut up the roof of my mouth.

I used to enjoy Panera Bread, but the quality of service has become unacceptable. The last five orders I’ve placed have all been missing items. When ordering delivery, customers can’t check the bag—so accuracy is literally the bare minimum. I paid for specific items and did not receive them. This is not a one-off mistake; it’s a pattern. Employees are paid to prepare orders correctly, and right now that isn’t happening. Do better.

Food was well prepared and much better than other recent visits to varying Panera bread locations. We used the kiosk, so minimal interactions with the staff. Place was a little messy. Maybe we just came in after a rush?

Once a long time ago I met a reputable gentleman at a DJ Snake concert who prescribed me salvia to combat my anxiety. I had a little more than what you would call a safe dose and lived as the soda dispenser in this Panera Bread for 7 years. I was trapped in my head for 7 years. I remember everyday, I was the entire machine and people would press on me and soda would come out of my eyes. Every time someone would press down on my and soda would come out it felt as my optic nerves were in a vice being squeezed. I lived as that machine for so long, watching customers of all sorts come in and out, wondering if they are getting soda or not.
