Green Onion Pizza Restaurant

Well half that pizza was gone but I took a photo anyways!! I’m so impressed with their pizza .. that nice crispy crust that isn’t 5 feet thick!! It’s JUST RIGHT. I got banana peppers and sausage and I was quite pleased! Also your sauce!!! Oh my ! Thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Haddock was very tasteful and the special pizza was perfect! Side salads were a generous size. We had a lot of leftovers! Service was great and everyone was friendly!

I have been searching forever for the simplest request. All I wanted was a decent pepperoni calzone, seems simple enough but apparently difficult to do. I have received ones that were completely raw in the middle, one was the completely wrong ingredients in the middle, some for whatever unknown reason don't even use ricotta for some reason, it has been such a struggle. So I made my same simple order at green onion today of a calzone with extra pepperoni. What i received was so far beyond my expectations. It was perfectly golden on top, filled with the perfect ratio of meat vs mozzarella and ricotta. The flavor was perfect, a little greasy as expected with the pepperoni. Even the sauce, which i typically don't even use, was fantastic! Slight kick to it, not too sweet and not too acidic. It

Great Greek style pizza! Excellently prepared and served in a classic Connecticut restaurant. I grew up eating in places like this and Green Onion is a fantastic example. I loved the pepperoni!!

Had my 1st Ch, shroom and eggplant pie form this fine establishment. The crust was perfectly crispy. The EP was a tad greasy but the shrooms added a nice umami flavor. The sauce had a hint of garlic powder. IMHO it could have been seasoned with some oregano, salt, sugar, and basil for a perfect experience. I will go back for another as this pizza is as good if not better than most in the area.
