McDonald's

This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to. For starters, the food at this location is always impeccable. They always have the most crispy fries and tastiest burgers. They are genuinely a step above every other McDonalds I have been to. I decided to write this review today after an experience with this location where they displayed above and beyond customer service. I love Cinnamonroll from hello kitty, and I really wanted the Cinnamonroll X Donetello happy meal toy. I called this location to ask if they would be willing to sell me specifically that toy if I came to the store. To be quite frank, when I reached out I did not expect results, and was actually kind of afraid of being dismissed or treated like a nuisance. This was a horrible experience for me. They messed up my order and refused to fix it. I asked to speak to the manager, Vince, and he was extremely rude to me. He literally said "what" when he came up to the window and wouldn't even look at me. He then says to his employees "I'm not fixing her drinks, tell her to pull forward. She can wait. Get her out of my drive-through". I was pleasant with him, there was no need to talk to me that way. I just wanted the correct items that I ordered and paid for.After quite a wait, they brought the wrong food out to me and it was cold. Drink machines always broken down. Hand dryer in bathroom broken last time I was there, no paper towels offered instead. The seating area was very cold and it stunk all near the bathroom. Yet the bathroom itself didn't stink as bad as the dining area. My experience dining in there for the first time in a year was very poor! Every time I've been in there it doesn't ever seem clean and theres always stuff on the menu I want not available. Theres only 2 Mcdonalds near me with a playground for my kid. This is 1 of them thats also the closest to my home. I wish McDonalds would bring back the I door playground and make it more kid friendly like it use to be. I had an unfortunate experience at this location on 9/16/2025 at approximately 5:45 pm. I placed my order at the drive-thru, and I accept responsibility for not looking at the screen after placing my order, but when I drive up to the window to pay, the cashier rattled off my order so II only heard part, but realized that something was incorrect, which apparently fixing it was an issue. When I went to pick up my food, I was initially handed the incorrect order, before a manager (?) Intercepted it and handed the person manning the window the correct order, and then.proceeded to state to other employees while I was waiting that I didn't know how to order, which I found to be a bit rude as I hadn't complained or anything. It wasn't a complicated order, 4 items, certainly not warranting that

We ordered a mcmuffin, 3 breakfast burritos, 2 hashbrowns, and 2 drinks through the drive thru. They took about 15 minutes to prepare it despite it being practically empty, and we had to go in to get the food. Meanwhile, they were chatting about home depot or something with the food already ready to be brought out on the counter. Very disappointing, even by McDonald's standards.
