2nd time messing em my order First time didn't include the soup This time didn't follow instructions Asked for cilantro & roasted corn & no bacon on my sandwich. I got exactly the opposite. I can't order my lunch to go & when it's time to sit & eat it it's all messed up.

This is a nice location! It has a drive thru but I've never used that option. The seating feels a little limited. I appreciate that they have the screens you can order from. That makes it easier to peruse the menu in detail and customize the food. The bathroom was clean and orderly on this visit. This is definitely a popular location for social gatherings!

I have driven by this place a lot and decided to give it a try. The food on the menu looks good, but the delivery is another story. A large soup bowl is not a large, see the pic, a bagel looks more like a cookie. The service is okay, the staff is nice but the business model that allows app users to jump the line and get served is terrible. Half of my order sat in the window, as four to go orders got placed up there and only after they got served was the rest of my order served. I do not want fourteen people around my food and I do not want items sitting there to get cold. If mobile orders can jump the line and get immediate service , then let me know, if all customers are equal then show me that same level if service.

I ordered an Everything Bagel and drink I ask that the bagel be cut and not toasted because I would toast it when I got to work. Well did they listen? No this bagel is hard as a brick . I work near the Bay Bridge why would I want it toasted. Need pay attention more. What a waste of time & money.

Not quite sure how you mess up microwaving a bag of Mac and cheese but it was complete mush. Incredibly overcooked. Closer to mashed potatoes than pasta. Couldn’t even scoop it without it all falling apart. Won’t be getting it again.
