CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS . I ordered a cup of soup and I said it twice in the line. When I came up he told me it was $9.04 which I found odd because a cup is $7 and change so I confirmed with him and asked him a cup right… and he nodded and proceeded to take my payment. So he goes and he’s about to close the window therefore I ask for my receipt. Well next thing I know someone came to give me my refund for the $2. (See attached) If I didn’t ask for my receipt they would’ve overcharged me. It’s just $2 but imagine home many people they have done this too. I also didn’t even get an apology. The lady just came up and said I’ll refund you and I was like what??? So they knew what they were doing. Like I said if I was a mistake why not apologize and own up to it for service.

Love coming to this location! The service is always great both inside and through the drive-thru. The food is always just right, and on the rare occasion something needs a quick fix, the team is so kind and handles it in seconds without any hassle. The atmosphere inside is relaxing; I’ve even brought my whole family here for lunch, and the service was amazing. While sitting down, I was even offered samples! I also noticed the cashier actively cleaning tables and keeping the lobby spotless. Plus, the managers are always so nice and welcoming.

Ive stopped in several days this week for dinner as my hello fresh delivery was delayed and each day has been delightful. Yesterday when stopping in I was tired and frustrated due to the traffic on the loop. However, Rickie changed my mood and frustrations completely. Her attentiveness and interaction with myself with other customers was uplifting, energetic, kind, and helpful. From her assisting me with my pickup, retrieving stickers for a young boy, and helping 2 girls on the ordering machines that were struggling. She is and what should be the standard for customer servuce and kindness in this world. I will be back today for dinner simoly based on that interaction alone!!

Update 2025 - I ordered delivery. The food was delicious. I ordered the Greek Salad with Chicken. The baguette was fresh. They were a bit stingy with the chicken for the price. It was my first time ordering from this new location. I ordered in the app, online for delivery the night before. Food was delivered the next day on time, hot, and delicious. I ordered the buffalo chicken baguette that came with chips, and the Greek salad that came with a piece of baguette. It was my first time ordering the buffalo chicken baguette. It was ok but not better than the pepperoni and mozzarella baguette. The Greek salad was delicious. I recommend ordering from this location.

Where do I even begin. The food 10/10 The place 10/10 The service 10/10 I felt very delighted when I walked in and the customer service was great. A young gentleman that worked here, named Jonathan, helped me choose what to eat and I got the “Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt”. It was very delicious and I will be coming back to this Panera location every-time I want a sandwich. I had just moved to Laveen after living in California for 6-7 years and I am loving this specific Panera already 😊🤩.
