Scooptacular

Mmm, delicious ice cream! They have so many flavors, and they change them pretty often, but frequently bring them back so you never miss anything! But they do still have those classic flavors: Cookie Monster, Taro, Laveen Concrete! The employees are nice too!

I have been coming to Scooptacular since 2010 when it first opened. However I have never been inclined to leave a review until now. Last night I went in a little late, I think it was close to closing time. But we were greeted and assisted by Chloe. Chloe is one of those important employees that small businesses cannot afford to lose. She has a very welcoming demeanor and so much patience. She was very sweet and nice each time we asked for a sample (which was only a few times but still!) I’m not a very outgoing person but when I interacted with her it was like I knew her for a long time. She asked if we were leaving or staying for our ice cream. When we let her know we were heading out she came out from behind the counter to hold the door for us. I will definitely be coming back to

The ice cream was scooptacular! Lots of yummy flavors and easy to order. The Scoopie in training was very knowledgeable and kind! Will be visiting again next time we’re in town :)

This place was a great find for us. Not only did they have a wide variety of staple flavors, but they also had a number of flavors we all had never tried. The young lady up front was so kind and patient with my niece and nephew, and let them sample all the nuance flavors. We ended up settling on scoops of abuelita, chocolate overload, mango chamoy, and camelback crunch. So good. We will definitely be back.
