Customer Reviews
I rarely go to a Panera Bread. I decide to give this one a try where it is now at a new location not in the Legends outlet any more. When I went in it still had cozy feeling and had descriptions on the items on the menu by now and the person at the cashier did seemed nice doing her job. I had their French Dippers one of their limited time items. It was okay it was mostly more bread then meat and at least they're bread is a bit more softer then hard and stale and had a french onion juice for the side to dip the sandwich in and also it's still costs over $10 and also that Panera bread and still nothing really I'll go back to often.
This is why I don't eat out anymore. I was really looking forward to some delicious soup and sandwich and reading my book. Instead for $20, this is what I got. Also, the person next to me was gluing a dance uniform...WTH? So sad lunch, smelly neighbor so didn't stay to read AND I paid a $2 tip to pick up my own food and clear my table. What is happening?
Ordered the ciabatta dipper since it was delicious last time.... today I guess they ran out of meat since my sandwich has barely any. Today this is more of a grilled cheese with some meat thrown in every few bites not worth the $9 that's for sure.
Order thru app for pickup of birthday pastry (brownie bites), pick up my order....no sack, package wasn't even sealed closed, no covering of my food (with airborne viruses), I threw them away. When I told foreign girl she looked like a deer in headlights & start acting like a robot repeating herself..... 2nd strike - I drive a extra mile or two in opposite direction to get better customers service
I recently visited the Panera Bread at Legends Outlets Kansas City, and it was a pretty good experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere was perfect after a long day of shopping. They have a few self-order machines, so there was a bit of a wait, but nothing too bad. The menu is a bit limited—they don't have pizza or pepperoni mozzarella sandwiches—but everything they do have is made with really good ingredients. I customized my sandwich, and they were generous with the toppings, which was awesome. Overall, despite the limited options, the quality and service made it a solid 4-star visit for me.
