Panera Bread

Standard Panera experience. Friendly staff and easy kiosk ordering. You've been to Panera and this one is just like the last one . We did feel like food preparation here was a bit better than other paneras. Easy parking!

I go to the Groton Panera when I am visiting the Groton area. On many occasions I have ordered multiple cups for the same pickup time. There was 1 cup on the counter even though all were marked completed. It's not hard to put a cup out if a slip prints. The iced coffee is just as bad as the Waterford Panera. The iced tea is darker than the iced coffee. The product is very weak and lacking flavor. I thought Panera's claim to fame was supposed to be consistency. The Panera we go to in MA almost always has great iced coffee but I have yet to get a good cup at the Groton or Waterford stores. Looking at the staff, I suspect they are managed by the same people. I recently visited Panera Bread and was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered a baked potato soup and a sandwich, but both were far from enjoyable. The sandwich was falling apart, with burnt meat that ruined the flavor. The soup was overly salty and almost inedible. On top of that, the dining area was not well-maintained—tables were dirty, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it felt far below the quality I expected from Panera Bread.

I am a frequent customer at panera. But this location specifically has continuously had an issue with disorganization and taking forever with rapid pick up orders. I placed my order at 1:10pm and it is 1:35 currently and it is still not ready. The staff is usually very friendly so i'm unsure at this point if its an issue with management. This isn't a good location to stop at if you are in a hurry. I wouldn't leave this review if it weren't for the fact that this has now happened multiple times.
