Honestly, I’m almost at a loss for words. I ordered a very simple order for DINE IN. A mango smoothie and a cinnamon roll. My pager did not go off so I had to literally watch and search for my food. The when it comes out, the dessert was served cold in a bag to GO. When I went back to the counter to ask for it to be put on a plate and warmed, she told me I can do it myself in the microwave. Then proceeded to give me a plate and told me that it won’t fit in the microwave. She told I have to heat it up in the bag but can’t with the stickers on it. So this was just pointless. Terrible tasting since I couldn’t even heat it up and they refused to do it for me. And terrible customer service. I will not be finishing this cinnamon roll. 0/10 don’t recommend this Panera.

Always great service here. Never had an issue at this location. Food is a bit pricey but it sure is good.

Ordered food for rapid pick up. The pick up was close to 10 minutes late, but the kicker was I got the email that the food was ready to pick up, but it was not on the shelf. I waited a few more minutes, then went to the cash register to see where the food was. No one was there and no one came when I was standing there. I then went to the regular pick up counter where no one would acknowledge me. Finally I was mad after making eye contact with two different workers, who quickly looked away and would not acknowledge me to ask if I could get my food that was sitting behind the counter. The manager said in a very condescending tone I was just about to check it, do you want me to check it? I replied yes as I did NOT want to have to come back. Wow! The new Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich is delicious and fulfilling I was only able to finish half. This place is great😃 if you're looking for somewhere healthy to eat 😉 The menu is a bit pricey, but you have to pay for what you want right?🤷🏾‍♀️🙆🏾😄

Ordered the Toasted Italiano Sandwich with some kettle chips on Doordash that my younger brother ordered for me. Our local grocery store had a hiccup on card processing and wanted to give this a try. This sandwich was absolutely delicious as my first time from ordering here. Thank you!
