Panera Bread

I don't know why but it appears that service is so much better on the weekends very good job and your cashier chef's kiss

I will stop going to panera from now on. This is the second time they are showing me that they dont pay attention to customers' orders and their pictures are nothing like the actual products. First, look at that sandwich- no chicken and rotten avacados. I posted it on Instagram because I was pissed. Second picture is from todays order. Banana Strawberry smoothie. Look at the picture they have on their web site- pink, thick and fully blended consistency. But the smoothie I got has chunks of ice in it and the color is so diluted and tastes awfull. What kind of smoothie has chunks of ice in them. Very very dissappointed.

Monday lunchtime and only 1 person working the counter. For some reason they didn’t think Monday after the new year would be ‘so busy’. Got a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough. About an inch thick with lettuce and tomato and it fell apart at the first bite. That bread is not a good choice for that sandwich filling. The food was good and it was ready quickly.

One of the most unprofessional Panera cafes I have visited. The 2 employees who were working in the lobby were constantly having loud personal conversations during my visit. Gossiping about their co-workers, etc. One had to tell the other to turn around & take my order after I was standing at the register. My sandwich was made in an odd order (slippery tomatoes next to bacon pieces) and the bacon was crumbled, so they kept falling out as I ate.

2 large coffees, one black, one with cream (don’t have cream, settled for 2%), a cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted with cream cheese and an everything bagel, sliced and toasted with cream cheese. 15 minutes later……2 coffees both with milk, both bagels sliced and toasted, no cream cheese. Waited at the window for another couple minutes but she never came back so we left. Don’t waste your time.
