Huge appreciation to Ashley V and the amazing crew at Panera in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Every visit feels personal the food’s always fresh, the service is warm, and the teamwork shows. Ashley V sets the tone: professional, kind, and always on it. The rest of the staff match that same energy friendly smiles, quick service, and genuine care. My mom always says this is the only Panera she’ll go to because no other one feels quite like this. Thank you all for keeping the bar high and making people feel welcome every time. You Really Made my day an hers.! Thanks Presentation- 100/10 id eat it everyday just because it was gorgeous.

Actually healthy food for average fast food prices. No complaining, soups , sandwiches and salads all surprisingly fresh! Yam!

I don’t know who made my sandwich today but it was delicious! I had the Chicken Avo BLT pick 2 with a cup of tomato soup and a piece of baguette. The sandwich was fresh & filling, the soup warm and comforting and the baguette piece I got was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Quick in and out at the drive-thru too! Bravo Panera Bread!

Panera is always a pretty good place to eat I feel like it’s been more pricey than the last times we have been here. This location is very busy and seems like it could use a little more room we were in at around noon and the bakery items were almost entirely gone which makes sense and our order was a few minutes delayed.
