Panera Bread

I ordered the harvest medley CHICKEN salad and it came with no chicken. I also got the autumn squash soup and it had no pumpkin seeds. this is unacceptable

I miss the old Panera where everything didn’t taste prepackaged and over priced. The menu has scaled down drastically but the prices have gone up exponentially. The service and staff here were great but it just feels like an overpriced fast food joint now.

I always love coming here, as the food is delicious and the service is lightning fast. The little ordering tablets are very convenient, and the store is always bright with how many windows they've installed. Overall a wonderful little Panera. 10/10

Stopped in for lunch with my boyfriend and his mother—because nothing says family bonding like soup, sandwiches, and strategic seating near the fireplace. The place was clean, calm, and smelled faintly of bread and judgment (as all Paneras should). Boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and mac combo—his usual. His mom ordered a ham sandwich and then buttered her toast with the precision of a seasoned kitchen general. I had the tuna salad on soft white bread, which, let's be honest, was giving lunchbox nostalgia in the best way. We all ended up sipping green tea and contemplating if Panera mac and cheese is actually made from clouds and fairy whispers. Staff was friendly, everything came out quick, and the vibes were solid. I ordered on line. Was given a time to get in the drive thru line for pick up and then 2 more texts arrived delaying what I felt, 30 minutes for an ASAP order, was a ridiculous amount of time. When I got to the window one of our drink sizes was wrong. I told the surly lady at the drive thru that and she just continued to hand me a medium drink, saying "It's a medium." each time. I know it's a medium. Could you please at least check the order? I left with my medium drink. Not because I was satisfied with the outcome but because I was so annoyed at getting stonewalled. I also felt sorry for the long line of holiday shoppers behind me who just wanted their lunch and why is that dumb lady taking so long?! Hope their orders were right! I vowed, on the way home, never to patronize Pane
