Christy was absolutely incredible! She helped me navigate my allergies and was super friendly. Our experience was made 10/10 by her wonderful demeanor and accommodations. She was vibrant and so helpful; I cannot express how amazing our experience was solely due to her. Christy is the kind of person you build a team around and I hope Panera recognizes her impact!
Nothing wrong here. Food was great as always and workers were very friendly
Got a not grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup without noodles apparently. Not sure who would think this is ok to put out but it's terrible
Placed a mobile order and received the notification it was ready. As I was pulling into their parking lot they call me and say half the order isn’t available because their ovens have been inoperable for some time now. Can you not mark things as sold out if they are unavailable anymore? I’ve seen it before…
Food was good. Folks were nice. Service was quick. They did forget my wife's soup, but they gave us a voucher for a meal to make up for it.
