Panera Bread

I’ve had 3 orders in a row come out wrong…. First they forget my bread,then they don’t add bacon to my BACON turkey bravo and today they took 15 mins to make my sandwich and forgot the cheese and bacon on my BACON turkey bravo. I would highly recommend using a different location

I finally caught a Panera that had bread bowls for soup, soup was ok but the bread bowl made it better 😋, service was excellent staff was really friendly , the only thing there was this crazy man going in and out and walking all over the restaurant but all in all was good 👍 I wouldn't bring children here just cause of the neighborhood

This is my first time visiting after a long break. I arrived after 3:40 PM. The dining area was not cleaned. I asked for a table to be cleaned. There was food on the table and floor. I explained that I was dining in however my food was prepared to go. I ordered tomato soup. It was tasty and warm. The hot chocolate was 🔥. I enjoyed the almond milk option. Before leaving, the staff started to clean the area, pull the trash and restock the drinks.

I order regularly as this is close to my office— today I went to pickup my rapid pickup order and while standing there, no one acknowledged me. After a few minutes the girl behind the counter was called over by another team member— before she could walk off I asked her if I could please have the bag that was behind her (I saw my name) and she proceeded to roll her eyes and instead of hand it to me, she walked around the counter and sat it on the counter beside me. Mind you, I’m 12 inches from her with my hand out to get it from her. I said thank you and she rolled her eyes again and walked away. My office team order from here almost weekly amongst us all, this was really disappointing and so rude.

My toddler loves Chicken Noodle Soup from Panera, so we stopped there and got some to-go. It was delicious and a good quantity, perfect for a toddler's dinner.
