Panera Bread

Panera used to have food that was better than fast food. Now it’s worse. The chicken that comes on salads is dog food quality. It’s the texture of gel. Made me gag. Also could your food portions be any smaller? I used to get full on a salad here.

Ordered online for pickup at the drive-thru and ended up stuck in line for 25 mins waiting as other cars ordered or were also waiting. Meanwhile my order sat inside. They never had cars pull forward to park and wait. I couldn't pull out of the lane to go inside and ended up l being late for an event because of this. Do better.

Ordered the grilled cheese and broccoli cheese soup combo. Soup was good, Grilled Cheese was not grilled long enough and had no browning. Wait time was almost 20 minutes in the drive thru with 0 people infront of us. They also forgot to give us spoons.

Good food and ambience was good. Bread bowl is wonderful. They new addition chicken tikka bowl is good. Our favorite was broccoli cheddar bowl. They croissant is a must try. Friendly staff good for breakfast and lunch. Chicken noodle soup was okie.

Had to wait over 25 minutes for 2 bagels and a cup of soup. The cup of soup was lukewarm and was less than half full....maybe 3 ounces of soup for $7. They've gone so far downhill that I can't imagine ever going there again.
