Panera Bread

Very clean establishment. More than usual drink options unique flavors. I will definitely go here again. The cashier was nice great recommendations. Order was done quickly

I went with my Grandma inside at 2pm the food was good and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming the girl working front counter was great she had good customer service she did a great job shout out to her but I went up to the counter to ask a question the girl at the front counter was busy which I understand I work in fast food to but two other works walked up to the front counter didn’t even acknowledge me kept talking to each other they even looked at me and then walked to the back one of them even looked like a manger the girl working front counter had to stop what she was doing to ask me what I needed which I appreciate it greatly I understand if front counter isn’t your job but I wasn’t even ordering anything I came up to ask a question and for two workers to come to the front and g

We walked in at 7:45pm, I didn’t realize they close at 8pm. We were ignored by the staff due to them closing up. An employee finally took our order and told us they close at 8pm so we need to take it Togo. I ordered and paid for a soda. The soda machine was already closed down. I guess they should put a sign on the door. We close at 8pm so no orders after 7:30pm. The girl taking the orders was very rude. The girl at the pick up window was very nice.

Excellent food and awesome charged lemonade drinks... The crew members are always polite and Management is the best!!! A+++

I'm glad to see Burlington finally has a Panera Bread. I've been going to the ones in Chicago for years and enjoyed a nice bread bowl with tomato soup last time I was in town.
