Evans' Holly Grove Inn

Evans Holly Grove inn is very quaint and nostalgic, as far as bed and breakfast go. It's close to downtown with in walking distance. The owners are very charming and knowledgeable about the city. They gave several suggestions of sites to go and see, things to do and places to go. The rooms are very homey feeling clean. My stay was absolutely terrific!

Kage was a wonderful host and told us the history of the home and the area. The home is a beautifully decorated museum. Breakfast was a a fruit parfait, bacon and delicious loaded omelet. There are beautiful sitting areas indoors and out. We will definitely come again and tell everyone we know how wonderful it is.

This is such a lovely place! We stayed for one night on a road trip, and the owner was kind enough to let us check in a little early on a SUPER HOT day (we were on a motorcycle and so very hot) and then gave us suggestions for the area for the evening. Tons of walkable restaurants in the area. And right up from Snake Alley! The house itself is gorgeous. We stayed in the Gatsby room which had a super comfortable bed and an awesome and roomy bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Breakfast was tasty and we had a great time chatting with our host. I’d highly recommend this inn!

Dustin and Kage have a really nice place in the Holly Grove Inn. I had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast and didn't really know what to expect. They showed me around and wow what a beautiful home. There are so many different rooms in this historic home and learning more about the property's history was awesome to me. The location is perfect. It's just up the hill from downtown and on a nice weather day I could see guests walking to their destinations. Otherwise, it was about a 2 min drive to get to the heart of downtown. You can't beat that. The couple made suggestions of places to check out for food and drinks. I will definitely be back.
