Panera Bread

I ordered the Greek salad with chicken. The chicken is frozen in big chunks. Who would think that would be served without someone noticing??? Cucumbers looked like they were frozen too… My husband ordered a chicken Caesar salad … he got the Caesar salad, but no chicken… we eat at Panera a whole lot… this is very disappointing.

The morning breakfast menu needs to be fresh.We came in a IEEE group from WVU Tech and I ordered a avocado chicken sandwich where bread was not fresh and very hard. I don't know why they do not check the quality of the food. The location and atmosphere is good but they need to more focus on quality of the food.

my caprese wasn't toasted, it has sliced tomatoes instead of sun dried tomatoes, and it had mayonnaise instead of balsamic vinegar, no pesto. the french onion soup didn't have enough cheese on the top. someone else got the half greek salad and it was just gross. the lettuce was wilted and sticky. it was overloaded with onions and it was covered in salt and pepper, even though i asked to hold them. the banana peppers have been sitting out in the air im sure for hours. the olives were the only thing that saved the salad.

Some booths in this restaurant are incredibly uncomfortable and one really needs some repair. I have gotten frequent wrong orders here and called about the last one and the person who answered seemed to not have any professional mannerisms and couldn’t nor would not take steps to solve the problem. I had to take my issue to Panera online to get it solved. The food here cost way to much to keep getting messed up orders and the aggravation so I’ve stopped going here. I wish it were different because I do enjoy some of the healthier menu items when they are made with what they are supposed to come with and all items are given that you paid for.
