Panda Restaurant

What can I say? For greasy Chinese food its delicious. Came from New York City to "get away" for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find a spot like this up here. The restaurant is cozy and for the food it was great. I mean how much can we expect from Chinese take out? I've eaten at quite a few spots and this seems to have clean and fresh fare. Enjoy!

I would love to give this place an outstanding review, we’ve been eating here for about 10 years, but this evening was the absolute worst experience I have ever had there. I called to place a carry out order when I was on my way. I drove from Hancock to the restaurant while on hold. I hung up as I was walking in the restaurant. No one in the restaurant and the kid was just standing there. I had to ask to place my order. I did and then went to another nearby business to kill time waiting. After about 15-20 minutes I returned. One person in the restaurant and I asked if my order was ready. It wasn’t. A couple of people came in and picked up orders that were placed after mine. I asked again. Still not ready. More people came in. Some had to wait others (placed after us) were ready when they g

We've been customers for years. The food is great but order take out instead of dining in. Ever since COVID, they are understaffed and don't have good sit down service. All the food comes out on disposable dishware. Our soup was given to us in take out containers and we were given take out containers for bowls.

Consistently delicious food. Always great service with a smile. Convenient location in Morgan Square. I've been ordering from here for many years. Great friendly staff. Berkeley Springs is lucky to have them.

Best Chinese food north of Hagerstown! Absolutely delicious. Good portions and decent prices.
