Panda Express

Usually they do good at getting my order right, however during the rush they completely forgot to add my teriyaki chicken to my order, I hope I can get a refund or compensation for this but I already walked to the library to eat and only found out then.

I think for me service and food are priority. I personally think service counts for more for a specific location because I have the choice to go anywhere else. The one at the register was so rude and when I asked her for siracha sauce she gave me a rude face and since I had class I paid after asking for the siracha sauce and left. After I was sitting to eat close to my class and far from the restaurant I noticed she didnt put the siracha sauce. For some people like me, who have a hard time finding taste without spice this is so disappointing when it was a very simple request. This person has been rude more than one time but since I often eat in the location ….. She should be re-trained in customer service

I don't think it's appropriate to have this much shrimp given to me when I'm paying extra for it, as a premium item. I even said something about it being a very small amount and nothing was done. Times are tough so I'm not interested in going to a place that charges extra for this.

Portions were ridiculously small. They had to put chicken back from my plate because the lady at the register said it was too much. I go to the official location off campus now, much better experience and more food every time.

if you ever had to cancel part of your order here they will still charge you for it and refuse to fix it if found. The manager is a scammer and trys to "fix" it with a gift card of the amount, and trys evey possible way to NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! plus the free entree item they advertise is a scam they won't accept the coupon you get straight from panda express themselves!!!
